MOCLOOM operates this website and online store, including related information, content, features, products, and services. Our store is powered by Shopify.
By visiting, browsing, using, or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Return and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to use our Services or place an order.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, prices, dimensions, availability, and other information accurately.
However, product colors and appearance may vary depending on the device, display settings, lighting, and other conditions used to view the store.
Product descriptions, prices, availability, specifications, and quantities may change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or discontinue products where permitted by law.
3. Orders
An order placed through our store is an offer to purchase.
We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including because of product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect information, payment issues, or fulfillment limitations.
We will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with your order if we cancel or materially change an order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue any applicable refund to the original payment method.
4. Prices, payment, sales tax, and import charges
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
Shipping charges and any sales tax collected by MOCLOOM will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
Sales tax may be collected where required by applicable law.
MOCLOOM does not currently collect customs duties or import taxes at checkout.
Orders fulfilled from outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, disbursement fees, or similar charges.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying these charges directly to the carrier, customs authority, or another applicable party before delivery.
You are responsible for providing valid and accurate billing, payment, and shipping information.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
5. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship to customers in the United States only.
Orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days after payment is confirmed, and estimated transit time is 15–20 business days after dispatch.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Orders may ship from different fulfillment locations and may arrive in separate packages.
Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, address issues, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information.
