Return & Refund

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging.

Email sales@mocloom.com with your order number and photos. We will review it and offer a suitable solution, such as replacement parts, a replacement item, a return or a refund.

Contact us before sending anything back. After approval, we will send return instructions and the return address.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping, and original shipping is non-refundable. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
